Payment Policy

Chirpi processes orders through secure Shopify checkout. This policy explains payment timing, currency, authorization, failed payments, billing details, and order review.

Currency and Charges

Checkout currency is USD. Product prices, shipping cost, estimated taxes where applicable, and the final order total are displayed during checkout before the customer submits payment. Standard shipping is shown as 0 USD for eligible Germany orders.

Accepted Payment Methods

Available payment methods are shown at checkout. Payment options may vary based on Shopify settings, payment provider availability, customer location, device, and order review requirements.

Authorization and Review

Orders are processed only after payment is authorized. Some orders may require additional review for fraud prevention, address accuracy, duplicate order checks, or unusual order activity. If payment fails or is declined, the order may not be created or fulfilled.

Billing Information

Customers are responsible for entering accurate billing details, contact information, and shipping information. Incorrect information may delay fulfillment or require support confirmation.

Refunds
