Shipping Policy
Chirpi ships jump ropes and related fitness accessories to customers in Germany. This policy explains shipping cost, processing time, transit estimates, tracking, address responsibilities, and how our support team handles delivery questions.
Shipping Cost
Standard shipping is free for eligible Germany orders and appears as 0 USD at checkout. Product prices, tax where applicable, and the final order total are shown before payment is submitted. Checkout currency is USD.
Order Processing Schedule
Order cut off: 2:00 PM Pacific Standard Time (Los Angeles), GMT-08:00. Orders placed after this cut off are reviewed on the next processing day. Orders are fulfilled Monday-Saturday and shipped Monday-Saturday, excluding carrier holidays, severe weather interruptions, customs delays, or other service disruptions outside normal carrier control.
Delivery Estimate
Handling time is normally 1-3 business days after payment confirmation. Standard transit time is generally 7-13 business days after shipment. The total estimated delivery time is 8-16 business days. Delivery speed can vary by destination, local delivery access, carrier volume, customs review, and address accuracy.
Tracking and Address Review
Tracking details are provided when the carrier accepts the package. Customers should review the shipping name, street, house number, apartment, postal code, city, and country before placing the order. Jump ropes may ship in compact parcels or protective mailers, so the address should be able to receive standard parcel deliveries.
Delayed or Damaged Shipments
If tracking has not updated for several business days, or if a package arrives torn, wet, crushed, or visibly damaged, contact care@chirpi.shop with the order number, tracking number, delivery address, and photos when available. We will review the shipment record and help with the next practical step based on carrier information.
