These Terms of Service apply to use of chirpi.shop and purchases from Chirpi, operated by 18 FEATHERS LLC. By placing an order, customers agree to provide accurate information, review product details, and use the site and products responsibly.

Products and Information

Chirpi sells jump ropes for general fitness, warmups, coordination practice, and home training. Product pages describe material, approximate length, handle style, color, package contents, and intended use. Images are provided to help customers understand appearance and layout, but small variations in color, cable curve, packaging, or display device settings may occur.

Customer Responsibilities

Customers are responsible for choosing products appropriate for their own workout environment, space, flooring, and personal ability. Jump ropes should be used in a clear area away from breakable objects, other people, pets, slippery floors, and unsuitable surfaces. Chirpi does not provide medical, athletic, or professional training advice.

Orders and Payment

Orders are subject to availability, payment approval, and fraud prevention review. We may contact the customer if order details require confirmation. We may refuse or cancel orders that appear fraudulent, incomplete, impossible to fulfill, or inconsistent with site policies.
