Return & Refund Policy
Chirpi accepts eligible returns for jump ropes purchased through chirpi.shop. This policy covers return timing, condition requirements, return labels, refunds, exchanges, and product-specific inspection notes for fitness items.
Return Window and Eligibility
Returns are accepted for defective and non-defective products within 30 days after delivery. Product condition: new only. Returned items must be unused, clean, dry, free of sweat, dirt, floor marks, odor, pet hair, damage, and returned with original packaging and included parts when possible.
Return Method, Label, and Fees
Return method: by mail. Return label: included in the package, free. Restocking fees: No cost. No restocking fee applies to approved returns. Customers should pack the rope, handles, adjustment pieces, and packaging securely so the product is protected in return transit.

Jump Rope Condition Notes
Items may be refused if they show used cable wear, scuffed handles, sweat residue, kinked rope caused by use, missing adjustment parts, missing handles, damaged packaging caused after delivery, or signs that the product was used on rough outdoor surfaces. For safety and hygiene reasons, used fitness products cannot be accepted as new-condition returns.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If an item arrives damaged, defective, or different from the order, email care@chirpi.shop before mailing it back. Include the order number, item name, a description of the issue, and clear photos of the rope, handles, connection points, packaging, and shipping carton if damage is visible.
Refund Processing and Exchanges
Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method after the return is received and inspected. Refund processing time: 10 days after approval. Banks and payment providers may require additional posting time. Accept exchanges for eligible items when the requested replacement is available; if not available, the customer may return the eligible item and place a new order.
Cancellations
Orders may be cancelled only before fulfillment begins. Once an order is packed or shipped, the standard return process applies.
